It has an exit leading to the garden. The open kitchen is equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee machine, and Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine (extra capsules needed). There is a bath/WC and double hand-basin on the ground floor, along with floor heating. The upper floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, consists of an open room with a ceiling height ranging from 128 to 150 cm and a double bed. Additionally, there is a room with a ceiling height of 135 to 160 cm and a double bed (140 cm, length 200 cm), as well as another room with a ceiling height of 128 to 150 cm and 2 beds.
