Check-in is at Les Trésoms hotel reception, 15 Boulevard de la Corniche, 74000 Annecy. The villa is adjacent to the Les Trésoms hotel.
Private car park next to the villa.
Bachelor parties and similar celebrations are not permitted at this property.

You will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If you do not receive the contract in time, please contact the management company via the telephone number given on the booking confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian in order to check in.
A security deposit of EUR 2000 is required on arrival. This must be paid by credit card. The refund should be made on the day of departure. The security deposit will be fully refunded to your credit card, if no damage has been found by the establishment.
