Discover this Tiny House, ideal for 4 people consisting of 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom with toilet.

Upstairs, the first room is equipped with a double bed 140x200 cm (Double) and the other room with two single beds.
The living room is equipped with a TV with streaming service and opens onto the large terrace where you can enjoy the sun/..
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine.
The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine & high speed WiFi.
Linen will be provided for your stay (sheets & bath towels).

⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.
Work is in progress behind the house until the end of September.

🅿️ Parking side you can park a (small) vehicle in the private driveway of the house (attention, narrow space you will have to be comfortable with the maneuver).
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.

The accommodation is located on the ground floor.

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, it has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage, rehabilitate its old quarters, to restore all their transparency to the waters of the lake by works often cited as an example and bloom its canals to which it owes its name of "Venice of the Alps".

Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can move on foot throughout your stay.
Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path runs around the lake).

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional € 20 will be charged.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
