Welcome to the Chevène!
Located in the centre of Annecy, Avenue de Chevène, 100m from the train station and 5 minutes walk from the Bonlieu theatre, the lake and close to all shops.

Located on the 2nd floor with elevator, discover a charming apartment, completely renovated with 2 balconies.
Ideal for 2 people and can accommodate up to 4 people, it consists of a separate bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, separate toilet and a large living/ living room.
Although located in the city centre, the quiet of your nights will be ensured by double glazing.

The room opening onto a first balcony is equipped with a double bed 160x200 cm (King Size), and plenty of storage
The living room has a sofa bed 140x190 cm (Double) and a TV with international channels.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and Senseo coffee machine. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine.
Linen will be provided for your stay.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
To leave your luggage until the departure of the train we recommend the Luggage Locker “Casebook” located in the park of Bonlieu.

Annecy apartment
This is a residential apartment in a residential area rather than a holiday complex. The apartment itself was clean but the communal entrance area was covered with graffitti and smelled unpleasant. Very poorly equipped kitchen if you are planning on doing any cooking. On street parking was difficult to find and metred during daytime hours. 10 minute walk to the old town and on to the lake, all very beautiful.

Assez bien.
L'appartement était bien en général. Mise a par quelques défauts de propreté. 66 euros pour le rangement. Pense à chon que nous devons faire la vaisselle. Et sortir les poubelles avant de partir, je trouve ça un peu aberant
