Service is up to par. The only issue I had was the AC was not working well, I was not able to sleep the night because of this. They gave us other option to move to another room but ac condition is same. Internet is almost nkt working. I do love the morning breakfast and the way they accommodate guests and requests. It wouldve been a really nice stay if the ac and wifi worked fine.

I stayed here during April 2024 on my vacation in Turkiye. Big Thanks to Abdulrahmon (Manager), Asli (Receptionist) and all other staff for your hospitality. I have travelled some and your manner and smile were eunique. Thanks for refund. I appreciate your good deed. This hotel has a good vibe and it is a peaceful ,quiet and clean place. The front desk staff was superb. They even helped me book a train ticket and printed it out for me! The only thing that could have been better was the amenities in the room. There was no shampoo, only 1 bar of soap for both sink and shower, and no cups to make tea or coffee in next to the hot pot.

I stayed for one night at this hotel in a superior double room on the 8th floor. The room was superb. Has everything you need. Clean and spacious. I also needed some assistance and the staff at the reception were very helpful. I had a very good stay.

Hotel is approx 15min walk from Ankara train station so very convenient if you are coming from Istanbul via train. Its about 10min walk to Kizilay Square where you can shop to you drop and theres plenty of restaurants, cafes, etc to choose from. Theres a metro and bus stop only a few metres from the hotel. The hotel is modern, clean, has a lift, all the usual amenities and BBC News English TV channel which was super. You can also plug in a usb to watch your own stuff as well. Nothing to complain about this hotel. Highly recommend, would stay again.

Great stay
Overall the stay was great! All the staff were very friendly and did their best to help. Actually there was nothing wrong to sort out they made us feel like, they are there to help. The only thing was wifi was poor, it was not a big deal! The room was very clean and also the hotel was very close to the railway. The bed was quite cosy... So I really recommend it and also will prefer to stay for another trip. Thank you.

GREAT HOTEL AND BEST STAFF EVER
Without a doubt this Hotel's staff are the greatest I have ever encounted, absolutely incredible and very much appreciated by me. I might add here that I have used about 30 different Hotels, in a number of different Countries in any given year for the past 20 yrs or so but this Hotel's staff are the best. I enjoyed staying at the Kahya Hotel, the rooms are comfortable with all the accepted amenities, Breakfast was good and the food selections very tasty. There is a coffee shop at the front of the Hotel with a selection of treats. Best of all is that the Hotel is very close to the Metro, bus and shops therefore making it an ideal location.
