My Stay – Honest Review I stayed for two nights from November 22 to November 24, and honestly, it wasn't the most pleasant experience. While the front desk staff was polite and welcoming, there were quite a few things that made my stay uncomfortable. Room and Cleanliness The room was fine at first glance, but it definitely needed better attention to cleanliness. I found some hair in a few spots, and there was a noticeable smell of smoke lingering in the room, which wasn’t great. Then there was the closet area—where we found a bug. At first, we thought it might just be bad luck, but when the second bug showed up, it left us feeling uneasy. To make things worse, the bathroom didn’t have a proper vent, so you could see mold starting to grow in various areas, which felt pretty gross over time. Water Problems The real frustration started on the morning of November 24, when I went to take my final shower before checking out. Brown water poured out of the faucet—it was awful! I called the front desk, and while they were quick to send maintenance, all I was told was to “just let the water run.” I did, but I was still disturbed by the situation and expected more effort to fix it. Final Thoughts It’s unfortunate that I had such a negative experience. I appreciate how kind the front desk staff was, but the bugs, mold, and water issues made my stay far from enjoyable.

This hotel felt cozy and welcoming. Staff was very helpful and fast. AC was not working in the room when we got there, We called front desk and they sent someone up quickly within 10min. We loved that the pool was open until 9pm allowing us to unwind after such a long day of walking at the Campus. Front desk morning staff was also very helpful and made sure to contact me after leaving with the update on a card issue we were having.

Rudeness started before I even arrived in MA. I called & spoke with Maria. She wasn’t helpful or even answer my questions and hung up on me mid sentence. As a traveling family we were hoping to have rooms close or next to each other.Upon arrival, which we were early, the lady helping was rude in telling us we needed to come back after 3 to check in. Her attitude was nicer upon checking in, which was during shift change with Maria. Our rooms ended up being separate clear across the hotel. Fine, delt with it. After settling, I took a shower/brushed my teeth. Seeing the toilet the water was brown. I flushed it, still brown. Multiple flushing later still brown. Let the faucet run & filled a coffee cup still brown. I call my sister up to check her water, as she was on the opposite side of the hotel, fine. I got to the front desk with my water. Maria, looked at it and said let the water run and pretty much dismissed me. This I wasn’t gonna let go. Asked for a MGR none on duty. Finally after about 15 minutes of no resolution another staff member Chad, showed up. He explained about the pipes, called his supervisor and gave me answers I could understand and deal with. Thanks for that Chad. After leaving the hotel and arriving back water issues seemed to be cleared up but Chad offered bottles of water as I was not comfortable brushing with faucet water. My sister had her own issues with her room. Would I stay here again?Probably not. city/hotels were all booked so no options to change

Room smelled of mold and there was one or two staff members that were actually concerned and helpful. Aside from those select two the staff was very dismissive of the problems we voiced. We had a centipede craw out of our sink, the last day it rained and there was two leaks .. thankfully we didnt spend much time in the hotel aside from sleeping. Would not stay again nor would i recommend it to anyone

Front desk staff was too preoccupied with her personal phone call to greet us. Was very dismissive when we asked to leave our luggages since it was too early to check in and we didn’t want to keep them in our rental car while we walk around the downtown area. Had to call maintenance twice. First was bec our TV volume wasn’t working. It turns out they control it with a code that the maintenance clerk had to put using the remote. And then, our commode had issues where the tank wasn’t filling up properly. Only stayed overnight so no big deal with the issues but still inconvenient.

The room was clean. When we walked into the room, it was freezing cold. The air conditioner was set on 64°. I went to the front desk and a staff member came to the room and adjusted the temperature. We were given a room on the first floor facing the parking lot which I mentioned to the staff member who didn’t respond. There werevehicles parked right outside room. We heard loud music and and other noises from the parking lot for the first hour of our stay. Fortunately, the noise died down and we were able to sleep.
