While the room was okay, the shower itself had mold all around the edges of it. The bathroom sink didn't drain properly. The hallway constantly smelled like marijuana. The carpet in our room smelled like pee. One of the hotel staff, who i think was a manager, was insensistive to our friend with ADA needs and commented abour her walker. Breakfast was basic but expected. Hotel has a weird set up but that didn't interfere with our experience. Conveniently close to chili's, within walking distance.

The staff in the front desk is very nice and accommodating, the problem was the room, the AC was not working, bathroom has hairs in the tub and worst of all there’s a mouse running around the room. We asked to be moved right away & told them the problem,they offered to give a free night if we signed up for their rewards program, like I wouldn’t even consider coming back here even if it’s free.

I was disappointed by the sanitation of the rooms. We were there since Friday to today Tuesday. No one came to clean the room until I have to complained at the front desk on Sunday evening. Breakfast was poorly and we were told that it was not enough for us to have some. The hot water shut down on us since Sunday and no one informed us. When we asked at the front desk, we were told to be in line, when it’s our turn they will call us, because it’s only 2 Rm are available with hot water. Up to this morning when we were leaving there were no hot water. For 2 days now we did not have a proper bath or shower. We were disappointed, this should not be happening in America in this 21st century. I am asking for some refunds back, thank you!

The room was not very clean, a/c didn’t work properly, the room was so damp that towels didn’t dry over night, the phone didn’t work so that you could have called the reception. I stayed 5 nights and after 3 nights asked my trash to be emptied and fresh (dry) towels but my request was not filled. In the gym the treadmills didn’t work and last evening there were not warm water.
