The staff was super helpful. The breakfast was fantastic! My only concern was that I would have liked a room safe so I could leave travel documents in it while we explored instead of having to take with me. Other than that we could not have picked a better hotel. The location was nicer than downtown, right by the seaport and would recommend to anyone

Everything fine in this well tended, very clean place EXCEPT FOR poor insulation between floors and walls. I have impaired hearing, but Overhead footsteps annoying and could hear other guests adjacent due to Thin walls. Typical full fat, full sugar, salty American fare breakfast, nice apple.

My grandma and I had nowhere left to go until our plane left much later the evening of the day we checked out, and I had injured myself during our travels. The staff let us hang out in the lobby and even let me in to use the fitness room to try to loosen things up before resuming traveling. They were so kind and accommodating, and I enjoyed listening to them when they sang.

Don’t understand how anyone could rate this hotel with less than 5 stars. Everything was in very good condition and exceptionally clean. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Our room was very large with comfortable beds, everything was in good working order, the bathroom looked recently remodeled, shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was good. The location is very convenient to the airport and in a remarkably quiet area. Parking is free and the lot is well-lit. Couldn’t have stayed in a better hotel and would stay again if we are back in Anchorage.
