I rarely fill out surveys but this has to be done. The room was terrible. Rug torn,stains and patched. There was an electrical outlet box pulled from the wall behind the bed and potential fire hazard.Bathroom door could not be closed. The moss on the roof outside was another terrible site. All this for only $390 (including tax). I lost my faith in Wyndham properties based on this stay. I'll upload pictures to Google reviews.

No maid service poor service at front desk and at breakfast got one cup of coffee after waiting 10-12 min and coffee ran out and never got second cup. attendant didn't answer/ignored me when I asked for a second cup Premises shabby and doesn't measure up to Marriott standards

If I could put 0 rating I would. Properly in very bad condition. Plus very dirty not clean at all. I would stay away from this property. Plus I pay $380 so I was expected somewhat normal and clean. They offer breakfast and me and my husband got food poisoning.

The room was spacious and the sink was outside the shower and toilet area, which makes it easier for a family of four to get ready in the morning. The breakfast was very picked over when we got there around 8am. Breakfast is only served till 9am. I suggest going earlier than later. It is a short walk to the Ship Creek viewing platform and just a few blocks from shops.

Airport shuttle had flat tire upon arrival. Rooms have to be arranged with front desk to be cleaned. Breakfast was a nice value every day. Walking distance to the railroad depot was the best thing about being on property. Front desk could have been nicer. Nice walking trial behind. It gets very loud being next to railroad. Could use a remodel. 3.5 out of 5

Run down and dirty. The excuse they will remodel this winter means they don’t care how the current guests’ experience is. Carpets dirty with stains, AC vents never cleaned, bath fan motor barely turns, and upon arrival no shower curtain. Staff did their best but likely owner doesn’t care to do any maintenance.

Overall, our stay was good except for these reasons: bathroom configuration is terrible...the door always hitting the shower rod and overwall too small. We appreciated the downtown shuttle very much, but one ride was very wild because the driver was stressed trying to accomodate everyone.

We were promised by two separate people that there would be prompt shuttle service, there was not. We have asked to be put on the scheduled to be taken to the airport the morning after our stay, Unfortunately we will not have another schedule, However the front desk Play shadow driver.It was able to make a quick run to the airport for us. Had he not done this, we would have missed our transfer.Two are cruise ship. I would not recommend this hotel.Because I do not follow through a promises.

The property was fairly clean, it could use some updating. The only complaint was when booking it said we could get a roll out bed, we had 3 kids with us and the rooms are 2 queens. when we arrived they said the roll out bed does not fit in the queen rooms. we made due it was not that big of deal.
