Can’t top the convenience.
Exceptional service as always. Park is a quick walk to the resort which makes things easy. Property is a little dated but the staff is quick to take care of anything you need. Highly recommended for convenience.

The shower knob was stripped so we had a hard time turning it off. I thought the blow dryer was a toy because it didn't hardly have any power so it took a long time to dry my hair. To spen that much money on a room because of the convenience wasn't worth it.

Great location easy walking from the park entrance, very fun premises with mid-century vibe, beds are very comfy. If you have a partial park view room- Palms Building-room138 is perfect for fireworks.

This is a great hotel! It’s an older property but they have made updates and leaned into the mid century theme which was really cute. It reminded me of the Incredibles. There was plenty of outdoor space to lounge. The property is super close to Disneyland. The staff had excellent customer service! Also, housekeeping cleaned our room daily which was a pleasant surprise as most properties stopped this after Covid. We will definitely stay here again.

We’ve stayed here many times while visiting Disneyland, but this will be the last time. Had to clean hair off the sink and counter, overall not a clean room, and really needs to be updated. Was really disappointed that the fridge wasn’t working and had to throw away food for the trip.

Stayed here on a girls trip to Disneyland. The two King beds were great and the short distance to Disney was convenient. The staff was mostly friendly and helpful. A few maintenance issues in the room, but nothing major.

The bathrooms are old and run down. The hotel hasn’t been kept up well especially the bathroom sink and counters. They also have you sighn a paper when you enter that has spaces for them to put a parking charge in and in my case they did so after I signed it. They did reverse the $70.00 parking charges when I told them that the amount on the paper had been written in after I signed it. In general it’s a nice property but they need to clean things up a bit and utilize more honest business practices. It’s close to the park and there is a pizza joint that is basically attached to the property making it easy to find food and drinks close to were your staying.

Everything was really nice, the bathroom seems kinda “run down” and every time the AC/heater would kick on it was LOUD! With kids…not the most ideal sound when you’re trying to fall asleep, but other than that, great stay!
