1st night 1 roach. Wasn't happy but I didn't want that to ruin the whole experience. I thought i could just get over that. Next night 4. Woke up and they were all over the floor. Very disappointed to say the least. Vacations take alot of extra hard work, just to be able to afford 1 vacation every 2 or 3 yaers these days. Please fix this issue no one should have to deal with this on a hard earned vacation.

I booked a room that was advertised as a Quad bedroom. 2 connecting rooms, 4 beds. When we arrived, we were given one room. After bringing the mistake to their attention, we were given a second room, not connected. That defeated the whole purpose of the room style we booked. Traveling with two babies, the connected room was a must. The desk said it was my fault for not calling and requesting connecting rooms.

Room was clean but missing typical items like Kleenex and hair dryer. It did have a refrigerator and coffee maker. Room was not cleaned during the 4 night stay. Walk to Disneyland was along the main roads so we did feel safe walking back and forth.

We booked this hotel for a Disneyland trip and mainly needed a comfortable place to rest at night. The hotel was clean and served its purpose. If you’re spending most of your time in the parks, it’s a practical and budget-friendly option.

-Wishes the heater was quite while running. -The water pressure on the 3rd floor was slow. -No vent for the bathroom to vent steam or toilet smell from use. -Hard to find our room, no signs or directions at corners -Bed covers smelled of bleach -Bed covers should be thicker -could have used a hair dryer -soap and shampoo was terrible quality, no suds/lather/scent (doubt it cleaned anything) -Walls in bathroom looks like there is some issues behind it *would probably spend a little more and book a regular hotel next time*

I was put on hold at least four times every time I tried to call to ask one simple question. Each time I had to wait more than 5 minutes to be able to speak to someone. There was no apology from them either. The customer service sucks and the phone etiquette is terrible. The room I stayed in was okay. The only things were the door would not close completely, my room was next to a busy street with lots of cars and people going by, and the water pressure from the sink was way off. I won't be staying here again and won't recommend to anyone.

The hallways and the elevator were really dirty. Our bathroom fan didn’t work. It’s a decent economy stay for someone who just wants to crash after a day at the parks. I wish it were cleaner and better maintained though.

Staff upon arrival was very short and semi rude. The room was clean however the bathroom had dirty marks on the wall. And the water did not get very hot. Somebody didnt end up hitting our car while parked and when we told the front desk and asked for footage they seems really unbothered by our situation and couldnt do until the morning manger came in. But they did not ask for our info or even our name to reach out for the footage. Overall the stay was ok but ill definitely be booking a room closer walking distance and better customer service next time.

Hotel was as expected for the price. Room was clean, bed was on the harder side, bathroom was different with no door on the toilet/shower area but two half doors leading into the entire bathroom/sink/closet area, and there were no tissues. The lobby was very dirty. The only complementary items were coffee & hot tea. They have a self-service food/snack/essentials room but EVERYTHING is triple the price than the 7-11 just around the corner. There was food and pieces of garbage all over the floor. Someone dropped their bag of Disney popcorn in the elevator at night and by the morning it was still in the track of the door and pieces left smashed on the elevator and lobby floor. However, for the price, it is a good option for walking to Disneyland when you do not have a car. And if you’re renting a car - do not do so until you are leaving the area as they charge $24/night for parking. Considering the distance from the park, that is a bit much just to leave a car. Staff was friendly which made arrival and departure pleasant.

Had a late arrival as I noted in comments when I booked a month prior. Staff wasn't very friendly and then told me I was being charged an additional fee for parking- $25. Told staff that was not mentioned on website when I booked and PRE-PAID all my fees. I was told this would be charged to my card on file anyway. No manager to talk too, so called the next day after my stay. Still no manager available to talk to. No one would take my name for a return call whenever a manager might arrive. Won't stay there again as there are motels closer to my destination with better facilities. Have stayed there before, but If I am to pay for parking, will use these options instead.

Sink didn’t drain, tub plunger didn’t hold water to take a tub bath, no tissues, no wash cloths until last night and we got 1 for two people. Then when I checked out, no one was there, sign said they’d be back in 10 minutes but not a time that they left! Also people near us were yelling at their kids at 6 am. Otherwise everything was fine.
