We had an issue with our room which was great besides the smell. It had a view of Disneyland but we had to change rooms. The staff was extremely helpful and knew we enjoyed the rooms view but we really couldn't take the smell all weekend so they got us another room "Quickly" and we enjoyed the upgraded accommodations. I will always choose this hotel for our stays in Anaheim. Thank you Palm Dessert Hotel for the Wonder stay!
The Front desk clerk was amazing! He was very polite and very thorough. He also suggestion some things to do! The room was clean and I the breakfast was amazing! I love the24 hour beverage bar in the main lobby that officer water and coffee. I will definitely book the Palms again! See you next year!
Check in was horrible. One staff member and we waited in line 45 min to check in at 1130 pm. Didn’t get to our room until 1230 am. Also, the shower was broken
