Traveled as a family with two children so we booked the bunk bed suite. The room visually looked as pictured (with a slight change of layout). However, all it took was a quick inspection of the space to see that it was dirty and unkept.
Upon entering, the room had a strong smell like some cleaning solution or maybe it was supposed to omit an air freshener smell? There was hair on the pillow of the main bed and the pillow case looked dirty. There were cobwebs in the bathroom, by the bunk bed and main bed. There was ripped plastic visibly hanging from the top bunk as if someone ripped it and it wasn’t fixed. A bug flew out from under the bottom bunk when we moved the blanket around. The floor was dirty, the walls were dirty, the sink was dirty (we came and the faucet had visibly dried water splatters) there was a film of dust on the towel rack in the bathroom, and the shower head had an inconsistent flow due to the build up. The had towel also felt damp upon arrival and the shower amenities were smaller than that of regular travel sizes.
Both the property and Expedia failed to provide a cancelation request due to the conditions and was a complete disappointment. They both kept pointing the finger to wait on the other for a decision. A decision nor follow up was made even well after.
The location was further from the park as originally stated on Expedia. It was more like a 25 min walk.
The only upside to this stay was the taco truck and bus stop in front of the property.
