Our stay was good. The first night didn’t go so well because we had a room on the first floor my daughters (5 and 6) had a hard time falling asleep because of noise from the unit above us. Also our refrigerator didn’t work and the floors were dirty. The rest of the room was nice. In the morning I talked to the staff and they moved us to an up stairs room. This room was much quieter. Again I wish the floors were cleaner and the baseboards were dirty and one piece is damaged due to the shower. The shower isn’t fully enclosed so water splatters onto the floor and over time has done a lot of damage to the baseboard.

Nice inn. Noticeably trying to revamp the property and area, decent deal and good value. Needs a little work in deep cleaning rooms but overall very happy with our stay.

Loved the details in the room and staff were very helpful. Very convenient location to Disneyland and overall felt quiet and safe. Room was fairly clean, but the floor was quite dirty and quickly turned everyone’s feet black.

Stayed for 1 night on Sept. 10th. Check in was smooth and the person who checked me in was very friendly. The room itself was cute. The light fixtures, the hardwood floors, shower, all fantastic. The free treats and water were a nice touch. Overall it was very nice for the price. The only thing that was slightly problematic for me was that it was right behind a liquor store and there were people hanging out on the side. Traveling alone, it kind of freaked me out but had no issues whatsoever. Would consider staying again.

What I loved was how cold the room got in the theme room for Disney it was under the sea like the little mermaid. It was so pretty the only thing I didn’t like when we had to go on the second floor was that the room upstairs didn’t get as cold so we actually had to buy a fan just to help us out because we like our room superduper cold, but I think it’s because, you’re not as cold as the bottom level

What I really liked about the property was that it was Disney themed room and hours that we had twice was under the sea the little mermaid it was pretty cute. I liked the seashell and the starfish pillows. They were so adorable. It was so cold in the room I loved it so much and I love how big the bed is. It was so comfy and cozy. I loved the blankets.

The parking lot is small with tight spacing. The room was ok with a mini fridge but had a weird smell. The bed sheets smelled to much like chemical or what they wash them in. Trash cans had no trash bags. All soap/conditioners provided were super small. Like trial size and open and used. A keurig machine in room was available with coffee pods as well. Two coffee mugs but looked dirty. I felt grossed out to even use it. Check in area really small. Was dirty and smelled like cigarrettes. I was tired and booked this at last minute went by reviews. I forgot to ask about check out but left around 0900 and office closed and no one answering phone. I had to leave key card in room. I will not stay in this hotel again. This is like a no other option hotel.
