The Space:
Casa de Citron is 2,200sq ft home, fully furnished with 3 bedrooms, and sleeping accommodations for up to 9 people (including infants). All our mattresses are protected with waterproof and bed bug mattress protectors. Linens and towels we provide are always thoroughly cleaned between each stay. The bathrooms are beautifully upgraded with brand new tiles and feels like a tranquil mini spa!
You will have plenty of space and endless amenities for your whole family to enjoy. After a long day at Disneyland parks, families with children can return home to the privacy of their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The best part of the house? You can watch Disney fireworks straight from the master bedroom’s window!
Guest Access:
Our family room provides plenty of space to hang out together as a family! Watch your favorite movies on a huge 65 inch wall mounted flat screen TV. We have Samsung TV and FireTV streaming apps like Netflix, HULU, ESPN, Disney Plus, PRIME Video, IMDB Movies, NEWS, etc. which are available so you can still catch your favorite shows while you're on vacation. Free high speed internet with 5G WiFi throughout the house ensures you stay connected while on vacation.
The kitchen has everything you need to cook a family meal. Plates, utensils, cookware, a crock-pot, coffee pot and more are available for use. A highchair and booster seat are also provided. The dining room is bright and cozy, perfect for those nights where you don’t feel like eating out. When you feel like relaxing with the family, you can make use of the BBQ grill and billiard table in our back patio. Enjoy the perfect California weather while eating outside and getting some quality family time.
Large size Washer and Dryer are provided so you don’t need to go to a laundromat.
Other Things To Note:
For your convenience, our doors are installed with a keypad entry that makes it easy for guests to get in and out of the house. You can choose your own PIN code so there’s no worry of forgetting the lock combination. There is no need to pick up a key so you are flexible to arrive when it is convenient for you.

Location:
Located in Anaheim Colony Historical district, this house was built in the 1920s and has the historical characteristics of Spanish Colonial architectures. At 2,200 sq ft, this house is really a neighborhood gem. We are also only a few blocks away from Downtown Anaheim with grocery stores and dozens of restaurants.
We take great pride in maintaining the old school charms of this house, while keeping up with the modern conveniences. We hope to make our guests feel at home and comfortable during their stay.
Getting Around:
Less than 5 minutes drive to Disneyland, public transportation is 2 blocks away, and Uber/Lyft is available anytime.
Additional rules:
Since Casa de Citron is an old structure built in 1923, please treat it as you would your own home.
Please respect our neighbors. We would like everybody to have a fun time, but please keep the noise down after 10pm and before 9am (Per city of Anaheim regulations).
All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.
The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
Guest shall allow Homeowner and maintenance professionals access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.
This house is not suitable for parties. Maximum of 9 people allowed in the house. Only registered guests may access the property.
We do not allow smoking inside the house or anywhere on the property.
Pets are not allowed. Although we love our furry friends, we must be considerate to guests with allergies.
Fireplaces are turned off due to safety; they are currently not operational.
Check-in time is at or after 4:00 PM. Check-out time is at or before 10:00 AM.
Trash day is Tuesday. Please place the bins out in front of the house on the street Monday night if there is trash.
Please park all cars on the driveway on Thursdays (Street Sweeping). City of Anaheim will give you a parking violation ticket if you fail to do so.
