It has an fridge & microwave which makes life so uch easier when staying for long prriods of time. Beds ate comfortable & rooms are cleaned daily.

Very far from Disneyland and Uber and Lyft was expensive. No access to clean water vending machine was broken. Customer service not friendly. I called the hotel multiple times and phone just rang and rang. Would not stay here again.

This has nothing to do with the hotel staff. They were great, they have very unsafe individuals living on property and they have created a hostile environment. I feel for the staff, this isn’t okay. We were able to cancel and leave immediately thankfully.

Loyal customer, until last weekend
Saturday night, 8/24 around 10PM, we have heard loud footsteps around the hallway, not too weird. But around 10:45-11:00 PM, somebody whipped our door open, possibly kicked it open. We heard a loud bang towards the wall. We found out there were kids from the third floor playing around. Around 10:45-11:15, somebody banged on our door twice. We investigated ourselves and found out it was some teens from room 300 and reported it to the front desk. It might have been the guests for a Quinciñera happening that day. The front desk said some of the party people were staying here too. I could have asked for a room change but I am personally SCARED to go out, we are all tired from our day activity and we just wanted to rest rather than to pack all our stuff and move to a different room, and possibly run into them in the hallway. I was traumatized. This is the safety of your guests and I hope this won’t happen to any of your guests again. We stayed here twice before. This was our third time last weekend. We loved it here but it feels like the quality of service is going down. When checking in, the lady mentioned there is a mini breakfast. But when we came down in the morning, the guys said they do not offer breakfast anymore - per the manager and it was last minute. They only have dripped coffee and hot water for tea. However, when we booked, it still said breakfast included - but this is just something minor that happened.

Lobby was nice, ants in the bathroom. Some trash on the floor. Also they make you sign a paper and check out is 10:30 am not 11:00 am. I requested a late checkout and they gave me 11:30 am. There was no phone in the room I had to use my cell. They made me go down to the lobby to be accepted for the late check out. She just looked at me. They offer coffee, danish and box cereal. The danish looked old. There was no milk. It seems this hotel is struggling. It needs many upgrades to be acceptable. Security doors were either broken or in disarray.

Upon check-in, we discovered our bathroom had ants around the tub and floor. We spoke with the front desk and they quickly offered us another room. The second room was bigger than our original room and ant-free. Everything else in the room was clean and comfortable. Very happy with the staff. They were extremely kind. Location was a short 10-minute drive to Disneyland, which is what we were visiting for. The hotel feels old and is definitely nothing special. Overall, I would stay again.

Close to Disneyland
Took a day trip to Disneyland and stayed here. It’s about a 2-3 mile drive away from Disney parks. Parking was free, staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable. There is a grocery store and other fast food places nearby which is a plus.
