I booked in advance from a 6 hour drive , I booked and pre paid for a king size bed , I got there at 3:30 am and the receptionist told me I couldn’t check in anymore because it was too late to check in , yet on the website it was check in time 3pm-anytime . Which I don’t know what was the problem if the room was paid for , the receptionist was telling me I should’ve called because they could cancel my room which I stated “why would they if I PAID for it already” and he said every hotel is like that which is a lie because I have never had a problem like this . He then made us wait 30 min to book us again , and the whole time was giving attitude about it , then gave us the key finally , as soon as we got to the room it wasn’t even the room I booked . It had two small individual beds . Not the KING bed that I had already PAID for . So they basically re sold our room that like I stated was PAID for already . At that point we were exhausted from our drive and just called it a night , overall it was such a bad experience for us . My partner and I slept on separate beds . Will never book here again .

The breakfast was really good. Different options to choose from. The gentleman that was cooking was very nice and friendly. The staff itself was very friendly. Quiet and very comfortable. Loved our stay. It was a nice relaxing weekend and we enjoyed the heated pool and breakfast. The girl at the front desk was so nice and helpful.

Room was clean and very spacious for 3 people. Location is perfect for baseball, about 15 minute walk at most and right across the street from hockey. We had to extend our trip by an extra day but since we booked third party I was worried about having to either move rooms or pay double but it was no problem. The front desk was extremely helpful with it and super friendly. We spent a little time in the pool, the security guard walking around let us stay in 30 minutes past closing time which made the stay a little better. Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely stay here again if I needed to be in Anaheim. If they have other locations, I’d stay there as well.
