We stay here often. As grandparents spending time with the grandkids is very important. Americas best value inn provides great services at a reasonable price. Rooms are nice, very clean and spacious, front office management is super nice and accommodating. We will continue to stay here when visiting grandkids.

We found small little roaches , and as soon as we saw them we left (it was 1am) , went to tell the manager he didn’t seem like he cared much , and it also seemed as if I woke him up from a nap & told me to just leave the key cards on the bed in the room which I found weird since usually you check out at desk by bringing key cards to them directly. Looked under the beds and saw a bunch of trash as well.

Definitely will stay here again! The jacuzzi was a nice touch after a long day at Disney. Ubers were cheap to Disney but honestly just did the 15 minute walk, nice and easy. Front desk staff were awesome and the beds were comfortable. I also liked the welcome cookies; neat little touch!

The rooms need some renovations and mayor cleaning, but the price was reasonable. It’s one of the cheapest in the area within walking distance to Disney (10 min walk). The room had a working fridge and microwave. The beds were comfortable and we slept very well as it was very quiet around the property. I liked the ample parking. Overall the hotel is run down but for the price it was OK for me and my family.

The property needs to be remodeled badly. The walls are falling off the walls. I could tell my room was not cleaned properly due to finding a wrist band on the sheets. Also the sink is leaking water. I needed a place to stay for the night within walking distance.

This is by no means the fanciest accommodations. My shower curtain had some rips, and the rod itself seemed to be hanging on by some well-placed screws. That said, it's also by far not the worst you could do. The room was spotless when I arrived, I had absolutely no issues with noise or any other aspects of my room. I slept very well, even though I am used to less firmness in my mattress. It's exactly right in the middle, in my honest opinion. The majority of my time was spent outside and off the property, so with that in mind, I certainly enjoyed my stay, because it's what I needed: a relatively comfortable bed, clean sheets, and it's reasonably priced.

The staff here was absolutely amazing. They seemed to really care that I had a good experience and did everything possible to ensure that. The room was clean, the bed and shower very nice. It is an older hotel though and it does show some wear an tear. The walkability to the parks and the staff more than made up for it.

The staff was very kind. This property worked perfectly for what we needed. Its a little run down, and could be a little cleaner (the sheets in particular had fuzz on them, seemingly from the washer?), but definelty reasonable for the price youre looking at. Great walking distance to Disney, large rooms with lots of space. The best part truly was the staff though, they were incredibly kind and a joy to talk to at check in!
