This hotel was absolutely amazing. The Staff were so helpful and friendly. Check in was easy and they even let me check in 4 hours early. The room had a nice balcony and such a pretty view. It was very walkable to many tourists attractions. I would definitely book here again. They also decorated my room for my partners birthday and gave us a bottle of champagne! 10/10 recommend.

There is no elevator! There are 63 steep , steep winding stairs to climb., Rediculous. Rude staff . Broken windows with missing shudders . View of canal is a port hole behind your head ! They will not work with you if you don’t like your room . Never again !

Good location. Nice breakfast. Comfortable bed. Housekeeping not very thorough and placed their tools, brooms, bucket etc at the bottom of the steep staircase, had to be careful not to trip! Quite disappointed that our room, for 3 nights, was facing the busy, noisy street, not the canal as expected.

A lovely room in a quiet area off the beaten track but lots of amenities nearby, on the tram route and walkable to main sites. Room was well equipped and nicely decorated, bed was very comfy. Staff were welcoming and friendly. We were on the top floor and the stairs are very steep but ok if you don’t have any mobility issues.

Love this property. The room is cozy and cute. It is so close to the metro so you can easily go anywhere. The only downside is they don't have elevator so if you have big luggages, that might be an issue.

Excellent stay here. We were on the top floor and navigating the narrow staircase was a bit difficult, but good exercise. The free happy hour was wonderful and gave us the opportunity to meet new friends. It was a 10-30 minute walk to everything we wanted to see and the staff were amazing.
