Tv screen sharing didn't work and staff had no idea how to fix it. The room was tiny, not super clean, and was tatty and very very basic. Not worth a fifth of the cost for the night.

Ibis Amsterdam Central Station is literally next door to the trains! Cross the street and it takes you into the neighborhood with tons of shopping. It really does have a great location. The rooms however are quite small. There is barely room to get around the bed(s). There is no coffee maker or tea pot or any amenities like that to be found either. Although the coffee in the lobby was excellent, you have to pay for every cup. There is no coffee or morning beverage offered for free. So as much as we loved the location and staff, it’s a no frills, bare bones operation. (No warm and fuzzies). By the way, the bathroom and shower are VERY tight. Just giving a heads up…otherwise enjoy your stay!

Very basic but expensive place to stay. Aircon in room only semi functional. View of the train tracks. Indifferent staff. Tired hallways and carpet. Fortunately it was only for one night. I do not recommend.

Great location in the center of everything, near the train stations and bus trolley. Bike rentals. Nice clean rooms. Warm and welcoming lobby with couches and tables to eat and drink at the bar restaurant.

Outside building works going on was noisy but understand it needed doing. Hotel is well situated for transport and sites to see. Not far from other pick up places for other trips. Hotel is clean and front desk well manned. Food is really nice and a good choice for breakfast and dinner. Bedroom was nice and clean but I found that the bathroom was too confide and small for my liking and my husband’s. Overall it was a pleasant stay and good facilities. Staff were very good at organising taxis for us. I would recommend this hotel. Definitely go back again.

Good staff rooms are tiny rather than cosy can't swing a cat 2 single beds might has well been a double as pushed together and no room to pull apart, could sit on roller as no room for legs with the wall toilet roll holder and hairdryer all in the way

Convenient location next to railway station / trams though you are at the far end of the main area Breakfast - didn't have breakfast as there didn't look to be much of a choice and seemed expensive at 18 euros per person. If you want to leave luggage you can but have to rent a locker for about 3 or 4 euros. Room - paid for room with view of water which was nice. No noise from trains. Room had tea/coffee / kettle as well as safety box.
