The staff were phenomenally helpful and friendly, especially with regard to parking, providing coffee and creamer, and (especially) allowing a very late check-out. The only problem we found was the very limited restaurant menu, so we only had one meal in the hotel.

The car parking policy is not very clear on Hotels. Com. We got surprised when we arrived. If we knew initially we would have booked elsewhere. They also wanted extra 30 euros to check in slightly earlier. We've never had that before in any other Hayat hotel around the world.

Overall, my stay was pleasant. I liked the room, and the airport shuttle service was convenient. However, I was disappointed when I returned to my room one evening to find it had not been cleaned. The phone wasn't working because the battery was dead, so I had to go down to the reception to report the issue. Although I was initially told that cleaning could only be arranged for the next day, after some discussion, they eventually agreed to send housekeeping that evening. This level of service was unexpected for a Hyatt property.
