We arrived at 8am and did not get to go to our room until right at 3pm. I understand that is when check in is, however, most hotels will work a little bit harder to get you into a room. Especially since we had arrived that early after traveling 14 hours. The room was small and apparently that was the “upgraded” room. It was clean and decent enough for our 2 day stay. Staff were kind but also rude at times depending on who you spoke to. A very great location though as we were easily able to walk around everywhere we wanted to.

Fantastic hotel in the Rembrandtplein area, with lots of restaurants, shops near by. Tram 4 & 14 are steps away from hotel back entrance. Tram 2 & 12 are a short walk (through the floating flower market). Hotel staff were wonderful! Beds were so comfortable. We are so happy we picked this hotel!

The last time I stayed there it was in one of the rooms toward the back of the hotel and the room was much nicer. I didn’t realize they were not all of equal quality or I would have booked the nicer room.

The hotel is comfortable but nothing fancy. Our “triple” was cramped for three people and the bathroom inadequate. The biggest problem was the unbelievably uncomfortable soft beds- we all woke up with stiff backs from the terrible mushy mattresses. That said, the location was great, staff friendly and breakfast was offered, a nice offering as long as you avoided the coffee. If you’re on a budget and not too fussy, this hotel would work!

Nice smaller hotel. Clean, quiet and comfortable beds. We stayed in room 23 which had room darkening shades (one window missing the room darkening shade) and shutters Only downside was lack of a/c…wasn’t an huge deal for use in September but one night was a bit sticky. No elevator. Other than that a solid little hotel. They offer breakfast for a few but we didn’t try it.

Very nice overall and would stay again Staff very helpful and breakfast worth it. Only downside is the view is awful (industrial ducting) and that's after paying for the upgraded room . That aside, very good nights sleep

very well located but very pricy for what we got. Fair size room that looked built from a corridor space, New bathroom with bath /shower, but I am positive the designer of this ensemble never tried the shower. The bath base was curvy, very bizarre...saves space but does not help stability. This being said , nice people at reception!
