The hotel was very nice. It was clean, well appointed and conveniently close to the airport. Our only complaint is the service in the restaurant on the top floor was terrible!! It wasn’t only us. The 3 tables surrounding us all complained because of the service.

This hotel was maybe just a cut below the Hilton as an airport hotel but was much cheaper. A very good value. If you stay there don't miss the dinner buffet which drew a crowd the night I was there. Shuttle to the airport every half hour was very convenient.

Our experience began poorly the moment we boarded the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. The driver seemed more focused on trying to be a comedian and an impromptu tour guide than on watching the road. When the car in front of us suddenly braked, he slammed his own brakes so hard that my sister and I were nearly thrown forward. My sister, who was standing in the aisle in front of me, managed to hold onto the bar just in time—otherwise, she could have been thrown into the windshield. Even so, she rolled her foot during the abrupt stop and strained it immediately. Unfortunately, things did not improve during check-in. The customer service representative, Yehia, was surprisingly rude and condescending. A Dutch- and French-speaking couple in front of us simply asked if someone spoke their language, and Yehia responded sarcastically, saying, “When you go to China, you don’t expect everyone to speak Chinese, do you?” His tone was completely unprofessional. When it was our turn to check in, I explained what had happened on the shuttle. Yehia then called the manager on duty, Orith, to speak with us. While we were talking with her, Yehia suddenly accused my sister of recording the conversation, an accusation that was completely untrue and made without any apology afterward. Before heading to our room, I asked Orith if she could arrange for ice to be sent up right away so we could treat my sister’s injured foot, especially since we had an early flight the next morning.

The room had only one bath towel and no face cloths. We personally did not like the bed or pillows and the room felt very sterile. The dining room only served a buffet for dinner so any a la carte meal was in the bar and lobby;
