Absolutely terrible customer service. We have not experienced this kind of unfriendly Cust service any where else so far
Washbasin in the washroom was clogged. Refrigerator in the room was non functional for the entire period of our stay , inspite of bringing it to their attention
When we checked in , we were assistant given keys to a Room # 234 , which was occupied by some guests when we opened that room it created a very unpleasant situation for us as well as the guests in that room . Thereafter we were assigned Room # 335, without any regret or remorse.
Customer service in the restaurant was extremely poor. This Hotel can become an institution to train staff for providing POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, in case needed.
We will regret our decision for choosing to stay there for long time .
I hope you may take some suitable decision, so that other tourists do not face this kind of situation.
