Insufficient parking - had to park at restaurant next door and move car before 8 am to avoid being towed Hole in the bathroom door. No coffee for the coffee maker in the room. Carpet surrounded the bathtub. Bathtub faucet leaked. Could barely open and close bathroom door as the door barely cleared the toilet. Sink is in the main room, very small counter for getting ready. No one was on site for checkin. Had to talking to a video employee. Only good thing was the location

The staff was nice and welcoming. The area is good, close to good food and target. The floor was not swept or mopped which wouldn’t have bothered me as much I would just wear shoes but my crawling baby was with me, so not so great. The bathroom floor was cleaned or appeared to be. The AC ran and tried its best but simply isn’t well enough to keep the room cool. It was uncomfortably hot until the sun went down. Being close to the college there were drunk youngsters playing loud music and screaming throughout the night. The breakfast was not really a breakfast, muffins, cereal, bad fruit and waffles. I would stay here again in a pinch if I needed a place, but if looking for satisfactory rest I would not recommend.

What I didn't like was the main door to hotel rooms didn't have a lock. This is the safety issue! Anyone can come in and out. The door should remain locked all the time and can be accessed only by the guests with the access key.

Accomodations adequate for the price point.

Accomodations were fine. I would trade less channels on the TV for a little bit better breakfast options. Oh, and the parking spot lines were painted very narrow.

Overpriced for the experience.

I wasn't a fan of having a kiosk with a remote customer service person doing the check in. NOT a personal experience and it didn't give me a very good impression of the management of the facility. The rooms were updated and clean, which was a bit of a surprise as the area around the hotel looked a little sketchy and run down. I was concerned about the security in the area as I found two of the outside doors propped open at 8:30 at night, and my window on the ground floor was unlatched as well.

Black Duck tape on bathroom door, molding on bottom of bathroom door moldy and rotted away. Entrance door to room did not shut all of the way unless you push hard or pulled hard. Kisok check in which was slow. Creepy old man guarding the hallway area and staring at people out side his window no one on site to talk to if you needed anything. My door handle to my room was jiggled 3 times through out my first night there. Felt like they were doing bed checks or something. Lack of towels in room. No disturb signs.

We checked in using a kiosk with a virtual link to someone offsite. He was a good sport since we had teenagers with us. Owner told me later they were testing the use of the kiosk because he can’t find employees. There were a variety of guests from families to a group of older women. Rooms were clean and pics were accurate. Complimentary breakfast room has seating for about 6-8 so prepare to eat in your room. No protein choices at breakfast when we were there. We were in town for an event so basically at hotel at night.

Room was clean and air conditioning worked great! The bed was very comfortable.The water pressure was horrible. There wasn't much to choose from on the breakfast side. The hotel was in an area that had restaurants and shopping. It was a good stay for the most part.

Average accommodations, basics clean room, the TV did not work the last night but I think due to weather. Basic breakfast, not anything extra special. Safe and clean. I would stay again. Close to everything. Main strip. Can walk if needed.
