"We stayed for 3 nights as a family of 6 adults and 2 teens. Had a great time, staff were excellent especially Sharron on reception and a lady on breakfasts. Did not get her name. Nothing was too much for the staff. We had a puppy with us, so every morning they laid a table for us in the lounge So Winnie could sit with us.
The rooms are spacious and clean and beds best I’ve stayed in.
Lots of areas to sit with fires burning to be comfortable and warm.
Pool area was nice and times for children were good.
Gentleman who worked on the cocktail was very friendly and always said when he was moving over to the pub to see if we wanted a drink before he left.
We throughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back when visiting family again.
