Not the best neighborhood. Defiantly didn’t feel safe walking my dog. Hotel exterior was well lit and front desk attendant was nice. Room had a noisy ac unit and the shower door screeched when opened. No water pressure

Stay was not terrible. Didn’t appreciate not getting the room I reserved and told it was because I booked through a third party and they got booked up on king suites (highly doubtful for how dead it was and not a thing going on that evening). Then being told the room I got instead was an upgrade from the room I reserved seemed deceitful just to dodge conflict or potential compensation. I booked a king size bed, not two queens. A king bed is more expensive than two queen beds on multiple websites so I should be compensated if anything. I needed a king bed (what I had booked) because I bed share with my infant and husband. Made things more complicated having 2 separate beds but made it work. I get places getting overbooked, just work on your problem solving skills and don’t try to blame the customer that booked through third party. Also don’t try and undermine the customer saying you’re giving them an upgrade from their original booking when it clearly isn’t.
