From the second floor terrace you can enjoy the sea view. The area offers renowned tourist destinations and beach resorts such as Palermo (25 Km) with its immense artistic wealth, Monreale (32 Km) with its beautiful cathedral and monastery, Cefalù (60 Km) with its fascinating beaches, Capo Zafferano (13 Km), a promontory with hat shape with spectacular views from Cefalù to Capo Gallo. The house is distributed on two levels, the wooden annex in the garden is not accessible.
