Great service - nice facilities. Small room and wifi is not always great. Otherwise Good hotel and location. Very nice host who allowed us to use the facilities after hours.
Superb hotel in a great location. The staff go out of their way to help and make you feel very much at home. To give an example, one evening we brought takeaway pizza back to the hotel for dinner as all the restaurants were full - not only were the staff happy to let us eat in the bar in front of the fire, they even brought out plates and cutlery!
A really enjoyable stay. Perfectly located for the Le Morillon ski lift. Discount at ski shop. Free spa facilities. What made the stay was the friendliness and helpfulness of the reception staff. They could not do enough to help. Highly recommended.
Good location for the slopes with some nice extras
A nice friendly hotel that isn't far from Geneva Airport and has good access to the Grand Massif ski area. The main ski lift from the resort is just 5-10 mins walk from the hotel (even in ski boots). The hotel has good boot room with boot warmers and enough space for skis. We stayed 4 nights, breakfast was good quality, fresh and a reasonable variety but not cheap at €51 per day for the family (2 adults, 2 children). We made good use of the indoor / outdoor pool, it's not particularly big (you aren't going to be swimming laps) and children were only allowed in from 4-6.30 but this wasn't really limiting as we were really here for the skiing. The hot tub and sauna were welcome at the end of a day on the slopes, both are small but this was never a problem.

Nice hotel in a central location
Stayed two nights in this hotel when visiting friends in the area. No opportunity to use the pool or gym facilities but they looked good (although the photo on the website makes the pool look a little larger than it actually is). We had a family room with a double and bunk beds. The Bunk beds were substantial although the area that they were in was actually the corridor directly in front of the bathroom and a beam across the ceiling was placed directly above the ladder to the top bunk making it very difficult to get into. We ended up renting a second twin room to accommodate our teenage children ....
The bathroom had a small bath with a hand held shower attachment but was placed under the eaves and so you couldn't stand up in it.
The hotel is very near to the road and so traffic noise was quite a bit (starting quite early as it is the main road through the town). I suspect that this wouldn't be so much of a problem in the winter as the windows in the rooms would be closed.
Breakfast was quite good quality but quite expensive for a continental buffet at 15 euros.
We had a triple superior room, although it was a bit dark, it had a nice balcony overlooking the village. It would be nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room but I think that might be just an English thing!
We wanted one night not far away from Geneva airport (rather than getting up at 5am to travel from Provence) and this fitted the bill as about an hour away. Great room, very pleasant, even the extra bed for our daughter was comfy.
The hotel is not bad, the heated waterpool is a great advantage but there r 2 major drawbacks that wont let me "likeit". The bed in the superior room was rather narrow, not a king size for sure, more like 140cm in width. The room itself is small, but we could cope with it. But not with the bed size. The other negative issue is no door in the toilet/bathroom. So when you or ur friend/girlfriend decides to do something natural she must reveal that she is not quite a heavenly creature and has all the bodily needs. You will hear and maybe smell. Taking in consideration the price of the room (which was a 165 euro per night no breakfast) I would commit that it is some nonsense.
