Comfortable underfloor heating warms you in the bathroom. On the first floor you will find another cosy communal area with TV, as well as the house's bedroom with two box-spring mattresses. The rooms on the first floor are open to the gable, which creates a particularly cosy atmosphere.
Outside you can use the sunny courtyard with outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee.
Here you live very close to the sea, on the pulse of the city and close to various shopping facilities, shops and restaurants. You are just 700 metres from a beach and only 50 metres from the nearest stretch of coastline, where you can take enchanting walks and admire the breathtaking sunsets that you can experience here. You will be a short distance from several of Bornholm's favourite excursion destinations, including Jons Kapel, the ruins of Hammershus Castle, the Bornholm Art Museum and the charming village of Gudhjem.
