When I checked in last nught, the front desk representative was very courteous and attentive. She greeted me with a smile and even offered to make me coffee when I inquired about where I could acquire coffee which made me feel welcome and special.

We reserved a handicap room for three nights. Upon arrival we were told they had given it to someone else and we could have the regular room. The lady at the front desk was kind but unable to do anything for us. We were told we could have the room we reserved the next morning. One of the reasons we came to this hotel was because it had a pool and our children like to swim. Upon arrival we were told that the indoor pool was cold and that was not a lie. It was far to cold for the kids. We stayed one night because it was too late to do anything else and then checked out and went to a more accommodating hotel for the rest of our stay. The good: The staff was kind although unable to help. And the hotel was clean. The bad: The reservation that I made two days prior was not honored. Thought they have a pool and hot tub as advertised, the pool is super cold and the hot tub was lukewarm at best.
