Summary:
Welcome to Nichol Road Hideaway by Tiny Away! Also known as Annie's Retreat Vineyard and Orchard is a beautiful rural property that has been thriving for 14 years in Allans Flat with a stunning 360-degree view of the surrounding valleys. This tiny house Victoria getaway is home to Angus Cattles, flourishing Shiraz grapevines, and bountiful pistachio nut trees.
We grow fresh, local produce in our herb garden, orchard, and vegetable patch, offering a true farm-to-table experience.
The Space:
Nichol Road Hideaway by Tiny Away is perched atop a hill in the small town of Allans Flat, offering breathtaking views of Mt Buffalo and Baranduda Ranges—surrounded by farms, green pastures, Pistachio Orchards, and our own Angus Cattles. Making it the perfect private retreat for you and your loved ones, secured by a farm shed and a water tank at the back, ensuring utmost privacy for our guests.
Discover the ultimate outdoor adventure by taking a short trip to some of the most breathtaking locations for hiking and mountain biking, just an hour's drive from the property. You can explore Mount Hotham, Mount Beauty, King Valley, and the Alpine National Park.
The tiny house is approximately 139 sq ft in size. A comfortable accommodation with easy water access, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.
If you plan to spend your tiny house Victoria getaway here, we advise that you bring your basic necessities, such as food and water during your stay with us. Thank you.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be advised that there may be some noise from farm animals, such as cows, our dog, and local bird life, particularly magpies, during your stay.
AirBnB lodging is also available in the farmhouse, and visitors are kindly requested to exercise discretion near the fire pit when near the house.
