With a living space of around 120m2, the farmhouse features an open kitchen, living room, and dining area perfect for family meals or entertaining guests. The farmhouse has three bedrooms, and access to the third bedroom is through the second bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and oven, making meal prep a breeze.

Relax and unwind in the luxurious bathroom with a bathtub, or take advantage of the beautiful surroundings with a BBQ on the patio. Kids will love the trampoline, and there is plenty of parking for your car.

Your neighbour is a lovely lady with dogs, and there is someone on hand daily to care for the animals on the property. Enjoy stunning sunrise and sunset views, and take in the natural beauty of the Aljezur region.

## Access

Our home is connected on one side to our studio (which is for rent too); on the other side, we have our lovely neighbours. So it will never be boring (but also not always super quiet :))

## Neighborhood

Our sunny home is located on the outskirts of Aljezur, offering you a quiet, private space without being in the middle of nowhere.

Aljezur is located on the west coast of the Algarve in the heart of the natural park Costa Vicentina. An impressive beauty retains unforgettable landscapes between the mountain range and the sea. The coastline is formed uniquely by nature.

The sound of the waves creates a natural symphony, which serves as background music for long hikes or just a short walk on the seashore. Large sandy beaches and coves, divided by magnificent, rugged cliffs with the consistent waves of the Atlantic Ocean, offer unique surfing conditions throughout the year.

Aljezur is enchanted with its charm and harmony of culture and nature. The region has countless culinary delights of high quality to offer. The sea provides fish and seafood, and the ground carries sweet potatoes and peanuts as delicacies count Medronho, a traditional fruit brandy, honey and other sweets. These are treats for culinary art and one of the many reasons to visit the region of Aljezur.

## Transit

Faro Airport takes you about 80 minutes by car to get to Vale de Telha. If you want to explore the area, a car is recommended as public transport is only available to Aljezur town but not up to Vale da Telha. Parking is free and abundant everywhere in this area.

ℹ SEF REQUIREMENTS. All property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report guests' information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (known short as SEF). To comply with legal requirements, from a week before arrival, we shall send you a link to our SEF form to complete and send back to us before arrival. It is a mandatory requirement.
