The concrete in the community areas was quite dirty. The unit itself was not the cleanest with grime on the floor and some small cockroaches and ants causing problems. The hair dryer in the room was very noisy and on it's last legs. Also the exhaust fan in the bathroom was very noisy and about die.

Disliked the aboriginal people staying at motel. They were noisy and dirty and terrible disrespectful. Threw rubbish everywhere and brought back shopping trollers and just dumped them around motel grounds. At least 5 always there and never removed. They left dirty babies nappies around pool and one night drinking and threw pool chairs and loungers into pool so no one could swim there. I felt unsafe. Bins on corridors always overflowing with rubbish. Outside tables with layers of dust made them unusable. Rubbish lay on pathways. Some Workers very poor English. Spa bath in my room black dirt stains. I asked for it to be cleaned but worker had not a glue how to do this simple task. Very sad as once a beautiful place. Simple things like lollies spilt and lay outside my door while workers just walked past. I eventually went out with bag and lifted the rubbish and sweets myself. I felt those who vandalised the pool area should have been asked to leave immediately.

The room I booked was very dirty, tissues under the bed, dirty surfaces and had broken drawers, no towel rail in the bathroom. I asked to be moved to a better room which was cleaner, but we had no room cleaning in the three days we stayed there, no clean towels, bins emptied etc. Will definitely not be staying here again.

bathroom was very mouldy, had to settle for a less mouldy one, even though they said the bathrooms where brand new. staff was very unprofessional (barged into our room without knocking after giving another customer the same room key, the other customer walked into our room thinking it was empty due to lack of communication between staffs. staff questioned us about why we changed rooms in a very rude manner, also bugs on the bed. goodluck

To start with security gate lock did not operate properly, drain in shower kept blocking up some lights in the room did not work.They did replenish things in the room. The outside was very untidy with litter all around the place. The swimming pool was terrible,you could not swim in it. And so on. We stayed there two years ago and it wasn't too bad then , but I don't think we will stay there next time we are in Alice Springs

Dont go by the images
Where to start? The rooms are really poor and need extensive revamp. Paid for a Deluxe king, given a tiny horrible double. Curtains falling apart, paint falling off the homemade cupboard doors. Extremely noisy. Voices from outside all night sounded like they were in the room. I like to give honest opinions and unfortunately i think most people will regret staying here. The reviews have to be faked, not an 8, maybe 5 at very best
