Large fully renovated village villa with private saltwater pool in the charming village of Pina.
As soon as you exit the highway, if you head towards Pina, you find yourself in an oasis of peace where time has stopped. The town itself is also quiet and you will notice that everything is well kept. Due to its location, Pina is the ideal starting point to explore the island.

Your holiday home is characterized as a normal town house at the front, but once inside, it turns out to be a beautiful, spacious, modern and very comfortable home with all the amenities. The house was completely restored in 2021. The photos of the garden unfortunately do not yet show its full potential and a photo of the huge garage is also missing.New photos are expected in November 2021.

The upper floor of this detached house is not in use, so privacy and peace are guaranteed. And peace and tranquility are totally present!

Distribution: large entrance hall with old details typical of Mallorca. To the right of the hall is the master bedroom with a private bathroom. This spacious double bedroom is equipped with air conditioning with hot and cold air. This room also has a television.

From the hall you access the living room with a large open kitchen.The pleasant seating area, the large TV, the air conditioning with hot and cold air make this a favorite place to rest from all your vacation experiences. The modern kitchen has a cooking island with induction hobs. There is a breakfast table, an American fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and coffee maker. In the kitchen there is also air conditioning with hot and cold air. From the living room there is access to a bathroom and a double bedroom with its own bathroom.

To the rear of the house there is a bright dining room with large sliding doors to a terrace with barbecue. The dining table seats six people. There is a large fireplace and air conditioning with hot and cold air.

In the garden, next to the house, there is enough space to park several cars. The garage on the right side of the house is large enough to serve as a play area for the children. Here you will also find a laundry room.

Going up the stairs you reach a beautiful terrace with a saltwater pool, sun loungers, dining table, bathroom, toilet and many citrus trees. This terrace has sun all day until late at night.

In short, this house will pleasantly surprise all vacationers with its complete equipment, comfort, privacy, tranquility and location.
A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
