Barbie at the front desk checked me in and it was a breeze. Rhonda at the front desk for check out was an absolute joy and I can tell how much passion she has for her job and making guests comfortable. As always Rae and Emily were accommodating as ever and Arthur at the bar makes an amazing Brioche Bacon egg and Avocado sandwich.... Looking forward to staying there again soon!

Soon as we check in a large group of people follow us up and into the rooms across from us yelling and screaming as they go into there room and they don’t stop. It’s 3 in the morning and we still hear them. No sleep and worst stay I’ve ever had. No towels in the room. Had to go ask for some and it’s three people in our room. We got two towels

The property didn't have closet space, the a/c system needs to be updated as our room never cooled. Then there appeared to have been a leak in my room and the plaster was coming off the wall and wasn't painted or repaired.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful!!!! The Bistro had the most amazing food and service! You should print menus for the rooms and for the guests…..the homemade grits were the best I have ever had! Thank you for this wonderful experience!

The room I stayed in was filthy. The floors hasnt been cleaned in awhile. The young lady made sure the supervisor came and cleaned the room which was AWESOME after telling them the 2nd time it was dirty. Oh yes! The shower door fell on me as well and they never wanted to move me instead they sent maintenance to fix the door. I will never stay there again!!

The location was very quiet away from street noise and traffic. There was no microwave in room. Going to breakfast area to use microwave was inconvenient. The floor in Room 217 made “ sticky “ noise when walking on floor.

The property itself seemed fine. The front desk clerk was unfriendly. There was a really nasty spot underneath one of the beds. The trash bins didn’t have liners. The floor was sticky. Apparently housekeeping missed a few things in our room. We were next to the back exit and the door slammed shut anytime anyone went in or house. If I could have my money back I'd take it!
