"Room was spacious, clean and tidy. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water for the three of us. Excellent breakfast! We only stayed a night so can't comment on the other amenities. Lovely view of the countryside from our window. Friendly, helpful reception staff. Super convenient for Farnham and Aldershot. Great deal on our family room. Would definitely stay again."

"I booked a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom place on Expedia, but one of the bathrooms was not working and was leaking. I reported the ceiling leak to them, and I was asked not to use the bathroom above the ceiling. However, no one showed up to look at or fix it, so six of us had to use one bathroom. Additionally, the internet was not working for two days. Although parking was mentioned in the initial booking, there was no on-site parking, so I had to find parking on the street. I sent a note to the property manager after I left, but no one responded or even apologized. I wouldn't recommend this place."

"Unfortunately the bed it self was the most uncomfortable I've experienced in a very long time. I travel a lot for work. The bed is incredibly poor quality where you feel pain in the morning from the springs"

"We stayed with our dog & cat for 4 nights before an international move. The flat was well stocked and kept. Being on the ground floor and having the lovely park next door was very convenient for going out with the dog. Check in and check out was very easy via email & text message. Great restaurants of all cuisines within short walking distance. Would highly recommend."
