This property is a first floor split-level apartment with a covered external staircase leading to the entrance from the car park. As such, it is not suitable for those with mobility issues.
The balcony is for access to the property only and it is not suitable for sitting upon due to fire safety regulations.
There will be scaffolding outside Escape throughout April 2025 for external for external decorating. You should not experience any disruption during your stay.
