Our chalet and grounds is approx. 380 m². Amble space for full occupancy. Consists of entry via private gate and mature gardens with trees and bushes there is a lovely covered terrace with table and chairs for 8, relaxing and alfresco dining, BBQ, children can play safely as all entry gates can be locked with keys. Entrance hall leads off to the lounge / dining area with TV, satellite,DVD & WiFi available and access to the terrace by the large patio doors with air conditioning, for the colder months there is also an open fire in the lounge area. There is a sofa bed for 2 people . A well equipped Kitchen with all electrical appliance, dispensary, table and chairs, outside utility area with washing machine and sink. Ground floor also has 2 twin bedrooms A/C, one with en-suite and one double bedroom A/C. Family bathroom can also be found on the ground floor. Second floor consists of a large double bedroom with air conditioning & en-suite. Patio doors leading to the large private open terrace area with loungers. There is street parking or parking on the private driveway behind the property. Safe also available. Our property also has an alarm available for your to use.

Amenities: Beach on your door step! No need for a car. Car free zone for walkers by the sea. Local shops, restaurants, chemists, banks, supermarkets, museum and hospital can be found within less than a mile from the villa. bus service nearby linking you to the old town of Alcudia, Pollensa or the port of Pollensa. Train station approx 20 min drive away. Close to motorway access. Nearby there is a Indoor gymnasium, indoor swimming pool, tennis, paddle courts, all within a short walk away also shows/discos. Local Activities: Bicycle hire, diving, fishing, golf, horse riding, mountain biking, paragliding, roller blading, sailing, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, wind-surfing. One of the biggest / fastest go-carting tracks can be found in C'an Picafort.
If you cant sit still then this is the place for you as there are lots of things to do. If you like to relax and just enjoy the sun / shade then this is also a great place to be. Suitable for all the family.

Trekking / Cycling: Walking the north of Mallorca with its vast mountain range is prime walking country. Why not visit Mallorca in autumn and spring when the weather is cooler, and ideal for both walking and cycling. Why not walk or cycle around the S'Albufera Nature Park (Alcudia), it is the largest and most important wetland area in the Balearics. The area is a former lagoon separated from the sea by a belt of dunes, which has converted into an extensive flood plain. The Natural Park which stretches across some 1708 hectares of marsh and dune land is a protected conservation region. The area is an internationally protected area for wild birds and is home to considerable wildlife. Cycling in Mallorca is now very popular with people visiting all through the year. Do not forget the Iron Man event that takes place every year and right outside this apartment.

Golf: Alcudia is the main centre for cycling, attracting thousands of cyclists to its bicycle friendly roads with its spectacular scenery. Even the casual cyclist can rent a bike here and enjoy many hours cycling along the specially designated cycle tracks which lie next to many major roads.
Alcanada (Alcudia) is a championship standard 18 hole golf course, with stunning sea views from almost every fairway and is approx 5 min drive away. Not to be left out, non-players can enjoy a sumptuous lunch from the clubhouse terrace. Pollensa Golf Club is approx a 15 min drive away. There are Golf courses in and around the Arta area which is a 20minute drive in the height of the season or the apartment is close enough for the other courses in the south of the island, with the motorway being extended to Alcudia it is only a 35 min drive to the centre of Palma.

Perfect family holiday!
We loved this chalet set in a quiet and perfect location. My husband and I travelled with our 3 grown up children, my eldest son's wife and our little 2 year old granddaughter. The spacious chalet had everything we needed and more. Home from home! The facilities were excellent. Michael and I especially loved our upstairs ensuite bedroom leading out to the sun terrace. The location was amazing with the beautiful sandybeach only a few minutes away...perfect for our little granddaughter. There is a lovely walk along beach path into Portd'Alcudia with huge range of restaurants and shops. Huge Thankyou to Carlos/Debra and we will definitely return! X

Lovely villa in an ideal location
We found the property exactly as described and spotlessly clean. It was close to supermarkets and other amenities and the port was less than a half hour beach-side stroll. We had a car because we wanted to visit other parts of the island but you could have a perfectly enjoyable holiday without one. For those who like walking, aside from the excellent coastal path, there are canals and a lake close by. The accommodation is very comfortable and although we didn't use the kitchen that much it was perfectly useable. Communication with the owner was really excellent. We were greeted on arrival and shown around the property. The directions to the property were also very good. A minor maintenance issue was dealt with immediately. We would highly recommend this property.

Ideal base for IronMan participant and support team
The so-called chalet was a really comfortable, well-furnished and ideally located small house in a quiet area just 50 yards from the sea and the shops with plenty of parking (even on race day!). The huge gas BBQ was a great asset, and we self-catered every day with fresh fish from the harbour, fresh veg from the market and a wonderful selection of meat from the butcher's in town. We found the house exactly as described, it was spotlessly clean on arrival, the owners communicated very rapidly by email, and visited us on the first day just to check all was well. The local Spar had excellent warm croissants at breakfast time, and we rented superb bikes from the local bike shop (EE Bikes). We would all heartily recommend this property to future guests.

Es ist ein super tolles Ferienhaus. Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder(Alter: 6 und 1) Und hatten genügend Platz für Alle. In toller Strandlage (ca.3 Gehminuten). Super unkomplizierter Service der Vermieter.Alles wie im Inserat beschrieben. Wir empfehlen es gerne weiter!

Häuschen am Strand
Wir waren mit der Familie unterwegs und suchten ein Haus in Strandnähe welches wir auch bekommen haben . Die Lage zum Strand ist sensationell etwa 300 m und Sie befinden sich am Meer . Die Lage ist in einem Wohngebiet so dass Sie zum Einkaufen ein Mietauto benötigen . Insgesamt ist das Haus In die Jahre gekommen , die Einrichtung ist einfach und teilweise verschlissen, die Betten nicht unbedingt unserer Geschmack 😀 . Der Kontakt zur Agentur super freundlich und hilfsbereit . Wir bedanken uns für die nette Zeit würden aber nicht noch einmal wiederkommen wollen .

Séjour très agréable, emplacement idéal
Avec mon groupe d’amis nous avons passé un excellent séjour à tout point de vue. La propriété est parfaitement localisée à 2 min de la plage à pied, tous les commerces essentiels et les transports sont très proches de celle-ci également. La maison était propre et agréable avec une terrasse spacieuse et un barbecue très pratique. L’hôte était accueillant et arrangeant, je recommande!

Super fantastisk beliggenhed tæt på den skønneste strand. Huset er stort med masser af plads til alle. Huset trænger til en lille opgradering i form af bedre senge i soveværelserne, men ellers et hyggeligt hus.

Das Haus hat die Erwartung voll und ganz erfüllt.
Der checkIn war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. CheckOut sogar noch einfacher. Naher Strand war ordentlich und verhältnismäßig leer. Da 4 Schlafzimmer vorhanden sind, kann ich das Objekt für bis zu 8 Leute nur empfehlen.

Haus in toller Lage mit kleinen Mängeln
Wir waren im großen und ganzen zufrieden mit dem Haus. Wir hatten nur kleine Schwierigkeiten mit der kaffeemaschine am Anfang, diese wurde aber ausgetauscht. Das Zimmer im oberen Stock herrlich, mit eigener Terrasse. Das Haus war sauber, außer der Grill. Die Küche bietet alles was man benötigt. Das einzige größere Problem sind die Betten, diese sind sehr hart und die Kissen sind sehr platt. Alles in allem kann man das Haus aber empfehlen für mehrere Personen. Wir waren 7 Personen und die Größe war super dafür.

Wir waren jetzt zum 3x hier . Immer wieder gerne.
Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Ankommen, Schlüsselübergabe und der Urlaub in einem Top Chalet kann beginnen. Abstellplatz für das Auto ist auf dem Grundstück vorhanden. WLAN ist kostenlos. Ein Gasgrill steht auch zur Verfügung. Dieses Objekt ist einfach gut und Strandnähe.

Ældre og meget hyggelig villa meget tæt på fantastisk fin strand.
Meget gode informationer omkring indtjekning, meget fin rutevejledning fra lufthavn til villa. God modtagelse af udlejer. Fik mulighed for at tjekke ind før annonceret, og kunne også blive der et par timer ekstra på afrejsedag. Var der problemer med noget var udlejer meget hurtig til at vende tilbage og rette op op problemet. Ældre køkken der fungerer, dejligt med opvaksemaskine og vaskemaskine. Ovn fungerede mindre godt. Meget lækkert med udendørs bruser, den blev brugt meget. Håndklæder/sengelinned også af ældre karakter, men anvendeligt. I weekender kan det være vanskeligt at finde p-plads, da villa ligger tæt på strand. Indkøb i Mercadona i Alcudia Old Town eller Eroski tæt på. Rigtig god mad oplevelse på Bistro Jardin, der ligger meget tæt på villa. God kvalitet for pengene.

Einfach Super
Das Haus und dir Lage sind einfach Super. Es sind weniger Meter bis zum Sand Strand. Trotzdem 4 Sterne - die Betten im Haus sind leider sehr unbequem, ehe spartanisch als gemütlich. Ansonsten gibts wirklich nichts zu bemängeln! Würden gerne wieder kommen, wenn bessere Betten da sind! Vielen Dank für ein Super Urlaub

Schönes großes Haus, nur ein paar Meter zum Strand und zum Supermarkt
Tolles großes Haus, 4 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder und eine Außendusche (meist haben wir eh nur die benutzt wenn man vom Meer kommt). In der Küche ist alles nötige an Geschirr vorhanden (Mikrowelle, Ofen, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Paellapfannen, Töpfe in allen größen, Toaster uw.s) sogar eine kleine Spülmaschine. Schränke für die Kleidung sind auch sehr geräumig, das man alles leicht verstauen kann. Für die Kinder war auch Sandspielzeug, Luftmatratzen und 2 Dreiräder vorhanden (von den Mietern davor - was halt so da bleibt). Gas-Grill auf der gemütlichen Terrasse ist schön groß. Waschmaschine ist auch da, so braucht man nicht so viel von daheim mitnehmen, grins. Carlos, Antonia und Debra sind sehr sehr nett und helfen auch jederzeit wenn man Fragen oder ein Problem hat. Vielen Dank nochmal.

Service minded and helpful
The house is sitatued in a great place, about 100 m from the sea. Easy to walk everywhere from the house. The owner, from the contact we had I got the impression, is a serious person and helpful. I got answer and fast to any question I had before we arrived and even during the stay. The house is big enough for two families and rather child friendly. Something to make even better is the water on the second floor takes time to get warm and the water in general seemed to take time to get warm. I would though recommend the house.

Großes Haus für 8 Personen, nur kleine Mängel
Wir hatten im September keine Klimaanlagen gebraucht - hierzu also keine Aussage. Schlafen: Matzratzen sind "noch ok", sollten aber bald mal ausgetauscht werden. Sauberkeit: na ja - es sind Spinnweben vorhanden. Sicherheit: Rauchmelder ohne Funktion, da ohne Batterie -> schlecht. Kein Feuerlöscher. Küche: Kaffeemaschiene ist verkalkt, sollte mal entkalkt oder ersetzt werden. Es gibt nur 2 Weingläser. Spülmaschine funktioniert gut. Frühstück in der Sonne: nicht möglich, da die Sonne erst später auf die Terasse kommen würde, dann aber die Bäume sofort Schatten geben. Schlüsselübergabe: war gut, da der Schlüssel am Haus deponiert ist und man unabhängig vom Vermieter ist.

Mooi huis, goede ligging en veel privacy
De ligging is fantastisch, op loopafstand van strand, dichtbij winkels en restaurants. Naar de haven is ca. 20 minuten lopen. Huis zelf is heel comfortabel, netjes en er is privé parkeerplaats voor 2 auto's. Minpuntje is dat er auto's geparkeerd kunnen worden voor poort aangezien dat niet verboden is, ons keertje overkomen. Kleine puntjes van kritiek, bij bezetting van 8 personen een heel klein koffie apparaatje voor max 6 personen neerzetten is niet handig, zelfde geldt voor 5 bakjes etc. Dat mag ietsjes beter....bedden ook. Qua comfort kan het iets omhoog. Maar de pluspunten zijn veel meer dan aantal min, dus zou er zondermeer nogmaals verblijven. Grote bbq is fantastisch, de service van Debra en Carlos ook (indien mogelijk wordt alles snel geregeld), soepele communicatie. Kortom, geweldig huis om te verblijven tegen goede prijs!!
