The appartement was nice and cosy. Everyting that you need was there, even 10 coffee pads and fresh apples. The housekeeper was very friendly, helpful with everyting, we could reach him very fast via Whatsapp. He explained everything and gave us very good advise how to get to the beach with a wheelchair. The entrance to the house is located less than 100m from the beach, the entrance to the beach for disabled people is directly there. Not all streets and pavements in Sao Martinho are accessible for disabled people, but many including the beach promenade. The town is nice, with shops and restaurants. The shell-shaped bay of Sao Martinho is just fantastic. Beautiful with nice beach, only very small waves, I think never the red flag for swimming, different from the open Atlantic. It is worth to see the town, take a walk to Salir do Porto, the tunnel to the Atlantic, the view points. Also other very interesting things nearby, Acobaca, Obidos, ...
And again a big thank you to the housekeeper!
