Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely 131 m² apartment in Comporta is ideal for a tranquil vacation.

This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for four. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

Three bedrooms accommodate your needs, two offering queen-sized beds and the third featuring a bunk bed, all adorned with hotel-quality linens for utmost comfort.

The bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries.

During your stay, enjoy access to the pool and revel in the convenience of being just steps away from the beach.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Haus ohne Sonne
Das Haus ist so ungünstig gebaut, dass selbst im Sommer keine Sonne auf dem Nord Balkon erscheint. Nur ein kleines Bad Fenster ist Richtung Süden ausgerichtet. Es ist ausgesprochen dunkel und kühl in diesem Haus. Darauf sollte deutlich in der Beschreibung hingewiesen werden. Um zu Fuß nach Comporta zu kommen, muss man ein Stück über die Hauptstraße ganz ohne Bürgersteig laufen. Das Gelände dieses Hauses ist daher etwas abgelegen. Die Gegend und der Strand sind top!
