No complaints other than the lack of hot water to shower. I mentioned it on the way out. There was a power outage the night before. Have stayed multiple times, first this has happened.

Decent casino hotel to stay !

Surprisingly decent quality, clean casinos, and staffs were friendly/courteous. I took a start off for no hot water for the night shower. It seems like recent reviews have some concerns regarding maintenance so probably they are working on it. We only had breakfast in Home Plate. Good price and portion!

I have stayed at Santa Ana Star Casino a number of times. But this stay was by far the worst. Normally, I would not do a review, but with how much the price was for this particular evening, I left very unhappy. We found chip crumbs on the carpet and there was no hot water. I had to wait for someone to come to the service desk for a few minutes to let them know.
