The soap dispensers were all empty, no wifi service, front desk employees were not helpful at all. They checked us in but didn't take the time to answer any questions,. Like the location of the room. There were no extra towels or paper products. We had to chase down the maids to get extra towels and toilet paper. Overall I will not be recommending anyone to stay there in the future.

Overall it’s what you pay for a cheap stay, there were a lot of homeless and people walking around the hotel. It felt unsafe. Inside it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast is nice, waffles/bagels and other complementary. Which was nice but again, homeless people sleeping inside on the tables it felt unsafe, for two adults or males it would be okay, kids women, I’d stay away

Poor communication among the staff . The room did not have any soap or towels. I asked at the front desk. They told me that they have been filled, but they hadn’t. door latch did not lock reported it to front desk. I asked in the morning. About my issues they were not aware. Stay went well, except attempting to check in and the guy could not find my reservation number. This is the first time this has happened at any hotel I’ve been at and so I had to wait a while before getting in my room (all of this after getting off of work mind you). But once it all got figured out, I was able to get to my room and do all the things. Sometimes ran into shady characters here, but otherwise the trip went as expected.
