Not the best place to stay.
The hotel was dated and in need of replacement of multiple items, for example tub and sink chipped, draperies not attached completely, carpet had snags and pulls. Breakfast did not offer gluten free options and decaf coffee.

We checked out a day early because the standards were very disappointing. I had to find another place to stay. I was wondering if there is any possible refund for that one night. I asked hotel and they said I would have to contact Expedia. Haven't been able to find a link to contact Expedia?

Overall nice stay
It was a last minute booking and everything was nice and comfortable. I felt safe because I was alone. The only complaint was breakfast. Sausage links were disgusting, eggs were bland and cheese for the English muffins would have been a plus.

Stay here before love it. 2nd time I was a little upset. I’m handicapped and it states on my DL. I brought to front desk attention. But since I didn’t book a handicap room. She said she couldn’t honor it and put me on 3rd floor. That would have been fine if I hadn’t had to use the stairs a few times. I want let this front desk person stop me from returning. But I will remember in the future to book handicap if it’s available on my booking.

First room, the lights were flickering, phone did it work, and the tv did not work so I changed rooms. The second room was ok, but there were no toiletry supplies and again no working phone to let the front desk know.
