There was no breakfast. The frontdesk was not helpful. We asked for change to tip the vallet. She said to go out to the valley and ask him. He had no change also so he got a very small tip. There were no garbage containers at the entrance or in the lobby. I asked the front desk to take a small nag of garbage from me. She looked disgusted. Where are the smiles and customer service.

This hotel is not service oriented at all, always trying to upsell you for every basic service. Hotel didn’t have any parking, unless you want to pay a $25 valet every tone you come in or pay by the hour with a limited number of street parking across the street or take your chances with homeless beyond that on neighboring streets away from the hotel. Then we discovered the hotel was really a motel with rooms on outside of building, Refrigerator was full of their overpriced products to purchase, so no room for your own snacks & food you brought. No coffee pot in room. No complimentary coffee or even coffee for that matter to purchase in lobby until their restaurant opens. Which does not have normal hours for people going to events. We were told we could go a couple blocks away to get coffee…homeless outside. Also, lady told us we would have to tell them the night before, if we wanted maid service. Once we got into the room, realized it was a small older motel room that was renovated Noice in Room suggested we should tip maid services and provided an envelope for you to do so.. No way to contact desk and talk to live person, only text. And after talking to their staff, you realize why they don’t want them talking to you. No personal skills. At this point forward, I will read every detail of a hotel before I book it. I’ll have to go back and look and see if they bother to tell you all these things either. Very disappointing!! Took away from our event we came for!!!

Loved this hotel, the style and the cleanliness were spot-on. Close to the airport and Sandia Peak. Also loved the balcony view!! I will definitely return to this hotel. Staff was professional and shows they truly care for their guests. Keep it up!!!

It was just very noisy from other guest outside the room and from the street/neighborhood. Not great soundproofing. But the building was lovely and the theme of the room was interesting. The staff was very nice and responsive, and I did appreciate them, including a pair of earplugs with the amenities, could’ve used a microwave and coffee maker.
