One of two brand new builds located directly opposite the historical Vancouver Arts Centre, & walking distance to the delicious Vancouver Street Cafe for breakfast.

On a Saturday, a short walk will bring you to the Albany Farmers Market down on Collie Street. Otherwise York Street is a 2 min drive to the CBD options of cafes, restaurants and retail shops.

This wonderfully appointment 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property has 3 x queen bedrooms so easily sleeping 6. We are able to provide infant facilities (porta cot and high chair) on request so there is room for more making it a perfect family get away space or for work.
