We stayed at this hotel for a brief overnight. Very close to the airport with shuttle service which was efficient and easy to use. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a short stay. The only area that could be improved was the check-in experience — the staff felt a bit reserved and could have been more welcoming and engaging. The bottles of water given at check in was appreciated. Breakfast offered a standard selection, perfectly fine for a quick start to the day. We would definitely stay here again.

The front staff could have been more attentive - did not mention some essential info during check in. The rooms could have been cleaner - a few hairs in the shower.The other issue was not the hotels fault - we had noisy people nearby who were playing music and talking quite loudly from 10 pm to around 2 pm.

Our room was clean and nicely appointed. The entire hotel seemed very clean and new. Breakfast was great. Extremely helpful and creative signage in regards to suggestions about things to do in the area, where to eat, breakfast schedule, etc, etc,.. The lobby was spotless and had ample room for guests to lounge and eat. Couln't have been happier with our choice to stay at Tru.

The airport shuttle and use of a shuttle to restaurants was fabulous and a wonderful benefit. The only reason I gave the property condition a four instead of a five is, I would’ve liked a little more lighting in the bedroom area and the bed felt a little hard to me. A great place that was very convenient to the airport and had a nice common area for us to play games
