The bathrooms was very small including the shower. The shower head was stationary and the tub floor was weirdly curved. Water would get on the floor a lot due to the shower head not being movable. The toilet took at least at a couple attempts to flush each time. Everything else was great, really!

Good location. Poor service and staff have been rude. Asked about if possible to do checkout at 1130, she said they dont do that and we need to pack our bags and get out. Who talks like that. Room: airconditioning thermostat dont work. Toilet leak, shower was defective. This was most terrible experience. Hilton shouldnt aloow their name.

Opportunity to stay at a Hilton Hotel, normally out of budget. Room was not of same standard as picture on website. 3 people in room but only towels for 2. No plug in sink and toilet seat loose. Down duvet inner too warm for time of year. Receptionist unfriendly.

We arrived at 1am due to travel issues. We got right in to room but staff seemed less that excited to be at work. The room was ok, all of the white hand towels and bath towels had yellow stains on them. It was gross. I did however love the breakfast in the morning and the waitress and waiter that helped us were super nice! I wished I remembered their names. I don’t think I would sty here again. Area seemed a little sketchy. We are from west coast.

Booked the hotel on incorrect date and no refund or acknowledgement of error. No change or cancellation. I will never book at hilton again. They have the worst customer service ever. I wanted a room on August 2 and Expedia populated august 16th as the date. Was having a terrible trip and extremely tired when I booked the room. Realized it after booking and wanted to revise 8/16 to 8/2 and they wouldn't do so and called expedia for help and no luck there. The worst.
