Was told there was an airport shuttle and free parking. When we arrived neither were true. The man at the desk told me he knew who told me the wrong information. “She’s new”. I understand you can’t compensate the shuttle- we took an Uber but at least offer free parking

The breakfast was subpar. Oatmeal was not cooked properly (hardened). Limited food options compared to other breakfasts at similar locations. Food was not refreshed when ran out. Seating was limited.

We had a problem w/1 clothes dryer - ate up $2.75 worth of quarters & then dryer would not work! Also had a BIG problem w/room air conditioner/heating unit. Never was completely resolved by the end of our week’s stay. Heating unit would work& then unit would blow cold air! We ended up just turning the thermostat to OFF. A hotel mechanic was there 2 different days to try & resolve the issue but it was NOT resolved. Also bathroom sink did not drain very well! Very slowly!!

We stayed here one night in order to catch an early flight at Albany International. The room was clean, but the carpet had multiple large stains which was disconcerting. The bed was comfortable and there were black out curtains. Service was on the disappointing side and just ok. If you need a place to stay close to the airport, this could be a good choice as it is very convenient and has two gas stations and a few dining options nearby.

As a travel nurse I always choose Hamptons. I have been staying at this location since the start of my contract and each time it does not disappoint. Easy parking, close to a great food hall, starbucks and easy drive to the hospital. Front desk is always friendly, quick and efficient- especially Miracle - she always is so nice and happy to help. Breakfast nook is spacious and private. Great 24hr coffee and comfortable to walk down to get it in pjs. Gym is small but top notch equipment and spotless. Rooms are huge, always crisp white sheets. Occasionally you’ll get a room with a loose sink handle or something so minor but always clean and great water pressure. I recently stayed at the Hampton airport location due to price difference for a specific date and can say this Latham location is 1,000 better. A warmer crowd. Overall I can say this Hampton has made my stay in town feel like home.
