Amity View - Perfect Location Albany

Amity View is a very comfortable fully self contained modern house, located in Parade St Albany. It is only a 450m walk to the cafes on the main street of the inner city.
The house facilities will enable up to a maximum of 6 persons to stay at a time and our pricing will vary according to number of guests and bedrooms which you have booked.
There is a total of 3 bedrooms, each with a Queensize bed, dual control electric blankets. The main bedroom has an ensuite shower and toilet, whilst the second bathroom has a shower, bath and separate toilet.
The fully equipped kitchen includes, Induction Cooktop, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher. Bring your own preferred choice of Coffee Pods or use ours, for the Nespresso Coffee Pod Machine.
There is Free unlimited WiFi Internet. NetFlix & Amazon Prime are provided to the TV's in both the Home Theatre and Lounge.
There's a reverse cycle Air Conditioner and plenty of hot water.
A baby portacot and high chair is also provided free of charge with guests to provide their own cot linen and cot blankets.
All bed linen and towels are provided and have been professionally cleaned. You only need to bring Beach Towels and a book to relax. The house is freshly prepared for each of our new visitors. The laundry has a washing machine & tumble clothes dryer.
Covered Patio with an outdoor setting. (Note: there is no BBQ).
Onsite Parking is provided for 3 vehicles and there is also plenty of free on-street parking in marked bays for visitors.
The home is approved by the City of Albany for use as Holiday Accommodation.
There's lots to do and the scenery is magnificent. Situated on the rise of Parade Street, Amity View overlooks the harbour and is only a short 450m walk to shops, cafes, pubs, growers food markets, historic buildings, Princess Royal Harbour and the local cultural scene. A 30min walk away is Middleton Beach, Mt Clarence and a number of historic walks.
Don't miss the new Anzac Interpretive Centre and Garrison's Restaurant: the new complex is a special tribute to our Anzac Heritage.

PET POLICY : Prior arrangements to bring pets must be sought from the Owners.
Only after being granted permission by the owners, then a maximum of 2 Pets may be allowed to stay.

PRICING : Our advertised base pricing allows for two persons occupying one bedroom. If a second or third bedroom is required, please advise and an extra charge will be applied.
For each extra guest above the initial two persons, an additional person or bedroom charge will be incurred.
An itemised quotation, will be provided by HomeAway at the time of your booking, according to the total number of persons you have nominated to be staying.

GUEST NUMBERS :
The maximum allowed Guest Numbers are strictly limited to a total of six paying guests.
No additional persons may sleep on the floor of the house or camp outside in tents, campers or in vehicles.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony or patio. Perfect accommodation.
Eight glorious days in Albany. We have stayed in holiday rentals in New York, the UK and many locations throughout both France and Italy. None has been more clean or well equiped than Amity View. Geoff and Vib are extremely responsive and generous hosts. We enjoyed wonderful views and visits from the local birdlife and were able to stroll easily to the Saturday morning Farmers' Market, York Street shops and the local park. This property is so comfortable and well-appointed. Highly recommended.

Winter Break
Hadn’t had a break in several years and wanted accommodation that was beyond normal. So we were hoping Amity View would not disappoint. I don’t really have the words to describe how delighted we were when we entered the front door. Everything, from the spectacular harbour views, the overall comfort and cleanliness and well appointed kitchen exceeded our expectations. We were also delighted to meet the host Geoff, who made sure our stay was every thing we wanted it to be. Five stars. Hoping we will get back to Amity View again in the not too distant future

A gorgeous place in a perfect location, Amity View ticks all the boxes for an enjoyable family holiday. The house itself is kept immaculately and no attention to detail has been spared in its presentation. With an incredible view of the bay and its ideal location, this is the kind of home away from home you’ll want to return to. Amity View was an amazing place for our holiday, beautifully appointed with everything and more supplied for our convenience. The hosts were a delight to deal with. Location was central for touring the area and the patio with it’s gorgeous view was a great place to relax at the end of the day.

Beautiful home, awesome location. Very clean and tidy. Views from the home to the bay were exceptional. The home is equipped with everything you would possibly need. We had to visit Albany on sad terms, we had just lost our fur baby and was having him cremated. I couldn't have asked for more sympathetic home owners. Owners allowed us to have our fur baby girl stay with us aswell. Our only concern with the home was yard and under cover areas for her. There wasnt much of this for her at the premises.

The house was so clean and everything we could possibly need was at the house. A lovely bottle of chilled white wine was waiting for us. The view was amazing, so much better than the pictures. Amity view is a great place to stay in Albany. We relaxed just looking at the view. Such a nice stay.

Perfect house and location
Amity View well and truly exceeded our expectations. This lovely house was perfectly clean, very spacious and fitted out with everything you need. It was fantastic to come back to such a quiet, comfortable and relaxing home after days exploring the wonderful region in and around Albany. Amity View is in a great location very close to the main street of Albany with easy access to restaurants, shopping etc but in a nice quiet street with no traffic noise. We loved the view out over the water. The booking, check in and out processes were seamless and the hosts Geoff and Vib fantastic to deal with. We definitely recommend Amity View for an Albany stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Amity View. The house is just lovely and has everything you need to enjoy your holiday, basically just your food. The view is just stunning. Amity View is amazing and is even better than the photographs. We had no complaints everything ran smoothly from check in to check out. The house is very well equipped with everything you could think of and even better it is dog friendly, The owners were available if needed and were most accommodating The house is very central to everything so you can walk to restaurants. We highly recommend Amity View, yes you can see Amity from the house.

Stunning property in amazing location
Our stay at this location was simply fantastic! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the showers had excellent water pressure. The views were absolutely stunning, and my dogs had a blast. The garden was low maintenance and the hosts, Geoff and Vib, were exceptionally kind and thoughtful. Plus, being within walking distance of everything made our stay even more convenient. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

A beautiful house and amazing location! A perfect stay.
The house is so big and beautiful, so spacious and bright, the kitchen was really nice and the view from there and the living room is gorgeous! We had our cat with us and she loved it as well, very comfortable & clean with everything you need. The outdoor area was lovely to sit and have some drinks , and the walk to and around town was so easy from there. We hired scooters which you could park near the front too , very handy. Great communication as well with the hosts being very friendly and helpful when I couldn’t find the key code. Thanks for a great stay!

This property is just beautiful, you feel relaxed as soon as you walk through the door. Fantastic views of the harbour. Super comfy beds. Everything catered for, lots of coffee pods & even welcome wine & chocs on arrival. The attention to detail is spot on.
