This hotel is in bad shape. We didn’t stay the night after paying for it because it needs cleaned up. This is not IHG quality. Needs reported.

By far one of the worst hotels we’ve stayed in. We booked two rooms because we have a big family. We booked these due to how well it was rated on hotels.com. I think the high review has to be false. Immediately walking in the door the hotel was filthy. Doors were open, through the hallways. Almost appearing as ppl were living there. Carpet and surface areas were disgusting. The ppl at the counter were talking about there relationships to a guest. The place smelled of pot everywhere. Both rooms were nasty. We had old food under our beds. Nothing was clean. The other room had roaches. There were dogs barking all night down our hallway. This is definitely not a place for your family to stay. As long as we have used hotels.com we were very disappointed to see how terrible this place was and then no help from anyone to try and get a refund to stay somewhere else. I would not recommend this hotel. Stay at the holiday inn next door. Much nicer.

Stayed 4 days. I felt like I was in my own personal apartment. Very comfortable staying there. 25 different dining options within a 2 minute drive without going on the main drag. I would come back anytime.

The room needed updating. The curtains were falling off their hooks in the center so they wouldn’t shut all the way. The room had a bad odor. We couldn’t get a crib/roll away bed. Just lower than my expectations.
