A special shoutout to Princess, Katrina, and the pool bar staff—their exceptional service truly made our stay memorable. Despite the holiday rush, they handled everything with professionalism, efficiency, and a warm smile. The location is perfect for a relaxing getaway, and the pools were undoubtedly the highlight of our stay. Even with so many guests, finding a poolside seat or getting a cold drink delivered was never an issue. The staff was always attentive and ensured everything ran smoothly. "The swimming pool was very cold, when I informed them, they told me that it has heater, which was closed, then they switch on, but unfortunatly it tooks about 6 hours to be hot, which took all the night to ve hot, so we did not enjoy the swiming pool, they should be open from the biginning"
